Gada Restaurant was founded with a single vision: to bring the authentic flavors and warmth of Ethiopian dining to every guest who walks through our doors. Named after the Gada system — the ancient Oromo democratic tradition that values community, equality, and shared experience — our restaurant embodies those same principles at every table.
Our chefs have spent decades mastering the art of Ethiopian cooking, sourcing hand-ground spices, using traditional clay cookware, and following recipes passed down through generations. From the slow-cooked richness of the home special Gada, every dish is a tribute to the culinary heritage of Ethiopia.
